The Osprey Duro Pro 7 is an ultralight men's running hydration vest built for racing, developed with elite athletes and optimized for speed. It ships with two Hydraulics 500 mL soft flasks with removable WingStay stabilizers, so fluids stay within reach, and a removable Duro Dyna Pro Quiver that lets you stow trekking poles diagonally or vertically without breaking stride.
Storage is arranged for quick access on the move: a pass-through lumbar pocket, an upper back stash pocket, an upper zippered pocket with an internal cord for bulky items, a vertical-zip front pocket and four stretch drop-in pockets. Dual adjustable elastic vest closure cords and a restricted-stretch backpanel hold the load steady, while the airmesh bodywrap keeps the contact surface ventilated. A front harness loop carries a race-required GPS tracker, and front and rear reflective details add visibility.
