The Osprey Aether Pro 75 is a 75-liter backpacking pack built for experienced backpackers, guides, and mountaineers who need to carry heavy loads without excess weight. Its strippable design lets you remove the top lid, hipbelt pockets, and side compression straps to tune the pack to the trip, while the LightWire 4.0 mm peripheral frame and AirScape backpanel transfer weight to the hipbelt and keep the back ventilated.
Custom Fit-on-the-Fly shoulder straps and an extendable hipbelt dial in a precise fit across a range of torso lengths and waist sizes, and the NanoFly fabric, reinforced with triple-grid UHMWPE ripstop, stands up to rough use. A full-length vertical side zipper gives direct access to the main compartment, and the pack is offered in S/M and L/XL sizes.

The main body is bluesign® approved NanoFly™, a 79% recycled 210D nylon reinforced with 21% UHMWPE ripstop, with a 100% recycled 210D nylon lining and a 100% recycled 500D high-tenacity nylon bottom. All fabrics use a DWR treatment made without PFAS.

How to use
Adjust the Fit-on-the-Fly shoulder straps and extendable hipbelt to dial in a precise fit, then tighten the Crossbody ErgoPull hipbelt to pull weight into the lumbar area. Remove the top lid, hipbelt pockets, or side compression straps when you want to strip the pack down for lighter loads, and use the FlapJacket cover when carrying the pack without the lid.
