The Cosori CFD-N051-W is a compact round dehydrator with five BPA-free trays measuring 12.2 in. across the outside and 11.6 in. inside, so you can dry jerky, fruit, vegetables, herbs, meat and dog treats in batches. Temperature is adjustable from 95 to 165 °F in 1 °F steps, and the timer runs up to 48 hours in 30-minute increments, letting you set a precise cycle and leave it running.

The tray heights can be adjusted to fit thick-cut ingredients, and the unit can be expanded to seven trays with two additional trays (CFD-TR051-WUS). It operates at under 47 dB for quiet use, and the package includes the dehydrator, five trays, a recipe book and a user manual, backed by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
