The Warthog V-Sharp Xtreme Edge is a portable knife sharpener built around the patented V-Sharp system, which sharpens both sides of the blade at once for a fast, accurate edge. Its snap-in hones swap out quickly to change grit or angle, and the spring-loaded body is made from weather-resistant heavy-duty polymer.
Four fixed angle settings cover a wide range of blades: 30 degrees for machetes and bushcraft knives, 25 degrees for pocketknives, 20 degrees for thinner kitchen knives, and 17 degrees for fillet and Japanese sushi knives. The sharpener is lightweight and waterproof, and it ships with a fitted case in a matching color for transport to the field, boat, or kitchen.
