The Warthog V-Sharp Xtreme Edge Combo is a portable, spring-loaded knife sharpener built from weather-resistant heavy-duty polymer, and it sharpens both sides of the blade simultaneously. Its V-Sharp system gives you four precision angle adjustments - 17, 20, 25, and 30 degrees - so the one setting that fits your machete, pocketknife, thin kitchen knife, fillet knife, or Japanese sushi knife is always within reach.
The combo includes a 325 grit natural diamond hone and a hardened hone steel for finishing, and the snap-in hones swap out quickly when you change angle or grit. Waterproof and lightweight, it travels to the kitchen, boat, or field in the fitted case that comes with it.

The four adjustable angles cover a wide range of blades: 30 degrees for larger, thicker machetes, forged blacksmith and bushcraft knives; 25 degrees for pocketknives; 20 degrees for thinner kitchen knives; and 17 degrees for the finest fillet and Japanese sushi knives.
How to use
Select one of the four angle settings, place the blade in the V-Sharp system, and draw it through in a few quick strokes; both sides of the blade are sharpened simultaneously. Swap in the hardened hone steel for finishing, or snap in a different hone to change grit.
