The STX International Megaforce 3000 Series 5-in-1 Electric Meat Grinder is a heavy-duty home-use machine built around a 3000W locked motor that typically draws 800–1200W under load. Its size #12 polished cast aluminum grinding head, AVI auger, and 2-1/8-inch feeder opening work with the 3 lb meat tray to grind 180–240 lbs of prepped meat per hour. The patented air induction cooling system helps prevent motor overheating, extending the grinder's working life.
Included are three 304 food-grade stainless steel cutting blades, five grinding plates (one for sausage stuffing), three sausage stuffing tubes (1/2", 5/8", 3/4"), a kubbe/kibbe maker, two meat shredder claws, and a 3-in-1 burger and slider press. The unit runs on AC 110V/60 Hz and is not intended for commercial use; it will not grind bones, tendons, vegetables, plants, nuts, or fruits.

Materials & care
The polished cast aluminum grinding head, auger, and meat pan are not coated and should not be washed in a dishwasher. Wash them by hand with mild detergent and hot water, then towel dry and store in a dry place. The 304 food-grade stainless steel cutting blades can be washed by hand or placed in the dishwasher.
How to use
Prepare meat by stripping or cubing it before grinding. Place prepped meat in the 3 lb hopper and use the AVI auger to feed it through the size #12 grinding head. Select from the five included grinding plates for the desired texture, or attach the sausage stuffing tubes or kubbe maker for specialty tasks. Do not grind bones, tendons, vegetables, plants, nuts, or fruits.
