Materials & care

Wipe the metal parts with a damp cloth or wash by hand with warm, soapy water. Use the included cleaning brush to remove food residue from the grinding plates and stuffer tubes. Dry thoroughly before storing in the included storage case.

Compatibility

This attachment connects to the power hub of any household KitchenAid Stand Mixer (sold separately). It is not compatible with other brands of stand mixers.

How to use

Attach the grinder to the power hub of your KitchenAid Stand Mixer and secure it in place. Select one of the included fine, medium, or coarse grinding plates and fit it into the grinder. Place ingredients on the food tray and use the food pusher to feed them into the grinder. For sausage making, attach one of the two sausage stuffer tubes and the sausage stuffer plate.
