Compatibility
The KG-22-W can be transformed into a food processor by choosing different grinding plates to create dips, beans, marmalades, jellies, salsas, guacamole, and purees. There are 12 different grinding plates available separately. It can also be used as a sausage maker when used with sausage tubes and casings, sold separately.
How to use
Feed large chunks of meat from the side or top of the permanently attached safety guard. Always use the included stomper while operating the grinder for proper product handling and safety. To clean, remove the headstock using its release lever; all parts in contact with food are easily accessible and readily removable without tools.
