The digital control panel lets you set the timer from 30 minutes up to 24 hours in 30-minute increments and adjust the temperature from 70°F to 190°F. A rear-mounted fan with horizontal airflow circulates heat evenly across all trays, while double-row vents speed up moisture release, and the transparent glass door lets you monitor progress without opening the unit. When the timer ends, the dehydrator automatically shuts down and blows cool air to cool the machine, and overheat protection activates if internal temperatures rise too high.
