How to use
Long press the switch to turn the unit on or off. At power-on, the L1 level runs single-sided heating at 100.4–107.6°F. Long press the TEMP control for 3 seconds to switch between single- and double-sided heating, and short press it to move through the levels: L1 to L4 for single-sided, H1 to H4 for double-sided, with levels 2, 3 and 4 reaching 109–114.8°F, 116.6–122°F and 123.8–131°F.
