Materials & care

Clean the aluminum head, stainless steel plates, and knife with warm soapy water. The grinder disassembles quickly for easy cleaning. A cord-keeper compartment is located on the bottom of the grinder.

How to use

Lock the heavy-duty aluminum head onto the grinder with a quarter turn. Feed meat through the hopper using the included meat stomper. Use the push-button forward and pulse reverse controls to clear jams. For sausage, attach the stuffing tube and plate.
