The set includes two cross blades, 6mm and 8mm grinding plates, a Kibbe kit, three sausage stuffing tubes and a meat pusher, covering burgers, meat sauce, sausages and meatballs.
The sturdy aluminum body resists wear, and all removable parts — blades, plates, tubes, grinding head, auger and meat pan — are dishwasher-safe, while the motor housing only needs a wipe with a dry cloth. ETL approved, the grinder uses a rapid cold-air cooling system to prevent overheating, and anti-vibration foot pads with a fixed knob keep the grinding head locked steady. It handles chicken, pork, beef, fish, vegetables and chili peppers, but not bones or frozen meat.
