Set the 48-hour timer in 30-minute intervals and the unit shuts off automatically when the cycle ends, with a memory function that resumes your last setting and overheat protection for safety. The stainless steel trays, mesh screen and fruit roll sheet are all BPA-free and dishwasher safe, and a recipe book with 50 original recipes is included to get you started.

How to use
